Selling

Refine and personalize your selling skills.
We have also all, metaphorically speaking, been pinned against the wall by a salesperson’ trying to get us to buy a service or product that we simply don’t want; such experiences can colour our view of sales in general.  The word selling takes on a negative meaning for us.
A professional salesperson simply educates us, in an interesting way, about their product or service and simply gives us the option to buy or not to buy, we feel relaxed, no pressure! You will develop the skills of a professional salesperson.

Develop a steady stream of referrals.
One of the best ways to generate new clients is through referrals. When you have been recommended to someone, they come to you already in “yes” mode and very likely to buy. An added bonus is that it has cost you nothing – no time, no money – to find this potential new client.

Make sure clients keep coming back.
People  keep going back to businesses where they have a positive buying experience; They will happily pay that bit extra for good service, if necessary, and I know there are millions of other people out there who feel the same way. Providing a legendary customer service is a sure way to repeat business.

Manage a self-perpetuating business
Having decided on your chosen promotional strategies that will get you all the new clients you need; and having consistently put these strategies into practice for a period of time we now look at what is working well and what may need tweaked.
